Autonomous driving technology is transforming the transportation sector, especially the $800 billion trucking industry.

“Trucking serves as a barometer of the U.S. economy, representing 72.5% of tonnage carried by all modes of domestic freight transportation, including manufactured and retail goods,” according to the American Trucking Associations (ATA).
