Get a free ride in a self-driving car this weekend in Detroit
It’s something to check off the bucket list: ride in a car that drives itself. This weekend, the Society of Automotive Engineers is hosting Demo Days, during which people can ride in a self-driving car at Detroit’s Cobo Center. The free event scheduled for April 5-7 is being held in conjunction with the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) International WCX annual conference and hosted by Partners for Automated Vehicle Education (PAVE), SAE International and Dataspeed Inc. in Rochester Hills.
