Dubai students build solar-powered driverless car

Students at the Canadian University in Dubai have collaborated to develop a solar-powered driverless car that could be used for transport between its two campus buildings in City Walk. Undergraduate engineers worked in teams to develop the vehicle’s navigation system, power capacity and the bodywork and chassis to create a car completely fuelled by the sun’s energy.
