Road Test: Driverless Cars Reduce Injuries To Zero

Nearly 4 million miles driven by autonomous vehicles without a human behind the steering wheel had zero car accident injuries. And property damage claims were reduced by 76% compared to cars driven by people, according to a new study by Swiss Re and Waymo. Formerly known as the Google Self-Driving Car Project, Waymo operates commercial autonomous vehicle services.
