Dallas wants self-driving vehicles for planned redevelopment

If Dallas’ Valley View Center site is indeed ripe for redevelopment in the thriving neighborhood it helped create, one certain result will be more traffic and congestion in the city’s Far North. But while the mall sits in a state of prolonged decay, transportation planners are busy trying to head off those future problems.
