The privately-owned motor vehicle has been part of the Australian family now for at least three generations. But the world of automobility is changing, and Australia will change with it. Population growth and the greater densification of our urban environment is throwing up enormous challenges. This includes increasing urban congestion, constraints on housing affordability and cost of living pressures.
