AV America is organizing this conference with the support of Global Mass Transit, on January 28-29, 2020 in Palo Alto.
Summary
The mission of the conference is to explore the impacts of AVs on public transport systems, infrastructure and business operations as well as initiatives being undertaken by transit agencies in collaboration with federal, state and local governments; city authorities; private industry; and other organizations to push the frontier of emerging AV technology in public transportation.
The conference will bring together a variety of experts to assess the holistic impact of AVs on public transport, addressing policy, regulation, planning, funding, compliance, workforce, technology, systems and infrastructure, procurement, market development, testing and project delivery.
